Items left onboard are held for 30–90 days depending on the cruise line. Contact Guest Services or the cruise line’s lost and found department after your cruise.
Please report any issues while onboard to Guest Services. For post-cruise complaints, submit them in writing within 30 days of your return. We can help you file and follow up on complaints.
Credits are usually valid for 12–24 months. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Any travel certificates or vouchers issued must be used within the stated expiration date and are subject to availability.
