Most ocean cruises charge for WiFi. Prices usually range from $15–$35 per day per device.

River cruises (especially Viking and American Cruise Lines) often include WiFi in the fare.

Speeds are improving but still slower than land in many cases. Good for messaging, slower for streaming.
